This is a 3-4-month temporary contract supporting a high-volume period in the Reward team. You’ll play a key role in delivering global reward programmes that recognise and motivate talent across regions.
Role
* Work on salary reviews and incentive plans
* Maintain accurate data across HR and payroll systems
* Support the reward and bonus cycles
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reward processes
* Conduct job and pay evaluations
Experience needed
* Experience in Job Evaluations Pay Awards, Bonuses, and Reward data
* Strong Excel skills and confidence with large datasets
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn fast
