Rare offers rewarding and fulfilling careers for exceptional people, supporting you to learn and grow. Our studio is a welcoming campus in the heart of the Midlands, where the majority of our team work in a flexible hybrid work pattern.

If you're someone who thrives on creating positive change, bringing clarity to complex challenges, and helping teams work better together, this could be the perfect role for you.

At Rare, our Senior Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a key role in helping teams stay focused, aligned, and continuously improving—driving meaningful impact for both our players and the studio.

* Own and evolve the program strategy for Player Safety, Customer Service, and Compliance across the studio.
* Lead the Secure Future Initiative (SFI) at Rare—partnering with engineering and security stakeholders to embed security compliance and modern practices into how we build.
* Define and track success metrics (KPIs) across support and safety domains—ensuring strong alignment with Rare’s values and player expectations.
* Drive change initiatives that improve how we work, reduce risk, and increase our ability to scale confidently.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, bringing together diverse teams across multiple disciplines and backgrounds.
* Surface risks and unlock opportunities, guiding the studio to deliver early and deliver well.
* Champion performance, security, and value delivery, ensuring our efforts create meaningful impact.
* Communicate clearly and regularly with senior stakeholders, teams, partners and executive functions to ensure alignment and visibility.
* Support broader studio priorities, scaling your impact over time to other areas of strategic importance.
* Proactively identify inefficiencies that are holding the team back, and drive better, more efficient workflows.
* Be an active participant and contributor to the Xbox Game Studios ecosystem.

* A commitment to high-integrity, secure development practices and doing the right thing for players and teams.
