Lead Audio Visual Engineer
Location: National Projects (with regular briefings at our Northampton base)

About the Role
We're seeking a Lead Audio Visual Engineer to join our team and deliver outstanding AV solutions across national projects. This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for customer service, and the flexibility to work on-site and occasionally away from home. Regular briefings will be held at our Northampton base.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and service LED walls and large-format displays
* Install and maintain LoZ and HiZ sound systems
* Install and support video distribution systems, including AV over IP
* Program and configure digital sound processors
* Deliver comprehensive service and support to client sites, ensuring system integrity and client satisfaction
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on effective fault-finding and problem-solving
* Work flexible hours, including weekend, overnight, and travel as required to meet client needs
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Commercial AV installations and commissioning
* Strong understanding of audio visual systems, including sound, video, and control technologies
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Confident communicator, able to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
* Comfortable working at height and using hand/power tools
* Full UK driving licence required
