Your Role as a Senior Warehouse Operative
Taking ownership of stock control, including regular stock takes and cycle counts
Monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and reporting issues accurately
Inputting and maintaining accurate stock, delivery, and inventory data on warehouse computer systems
Supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and goods-in/goods-out
Assisting with the coordination of workload and prioritisation of tasks
Providing on-the-floor support and guidance to warehouse operatives when required
Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are consistently followed
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements as a Senior Warehouse Operative
Minimum 2 years' warehouse or logistics experience
Previous experience in a senior, lead, or stock-focused warehouse role preferred
Strong computer skills, including confident data entry and use of warehouse management systems
Good level of fitness - some lifting involved
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to lead by example
Pay and Benefits
