The Opportunity
Our client, a respected UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to strengthen its team. This is a strategic hire offering:
* Direct exposure to both contentious and non-contentious construction work

What You’ll Do
* Advise on construction contracts and project documentation
* Support clients across the full lifecycle of construction projects
* Handle or assist with construction disputes where relevant
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
Essential:
* Qualified Lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent)
* Mid to Senior Associate (2–7 PQE) in construction law
* Experience in contentious, non-contentious, or mixed construction work
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
* Ability to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders
Desirable:
* Experience within a recognised construction or project practice
* Interest in shaping and growing a developing team
* Comfortable operating with autonomy
