Inclusion Centre Manager and Teacher - The Manor Academy
Grade and Salary:
Main Scale / Upper Pay Scale + TLR 2B (£5,907 per annum)

The School
The Manor Academy has an excellent reputation for its high standards of teaching, student behaviour and academic achievement. Ofsted recognised the journey we have been on when grading us as a "good" school, citing that the quality of education has been transformed since the previous inspection.

The Role
The Manor Academy are looking to appoint a full-time Teacher to join our Academy to lead and manage the Manor Inclusion Centre. This role will ensure the students in the centre receive a high quality, personalised learning experience which contributes to their continuing education. The post holder will manage the team of Intervention Coordinators in the centre, including running team briefings and managing the development of staff training and support.

The Person
The successful candidate will be an experienced Teacher looking for a new challenge and will have a keen interest in SEND provision.

The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to manage their own time effectively. It is essential to have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and have experience of securing excellent results with SEND and disadvantaged students.
