Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. You would be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing friendly service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively and work as a team.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
* Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks
* Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping using Sage
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times
Experience
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Strong computer skills with proficiency
* Familiarity with Sage is advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Experience in clerical roles will be beneficial
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
