As Room Leader, you will take ownership of your room, guiding practitioners while ensuring children thrive through engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance high-quality care and education with team support, organisation, and strong partnership with parents. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) is required. Recent experience working in a nursery setting is essential. Previous experience leading a room or supporting room management is highly desirable.
