Role: Business Analyst (12 month fixed-term contract)
Client: Digital Product Innovation Studio
Location: London Hybrid – 2 days p/w in office
Salary: £50-70k
We’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst who can turn big ideas into real results for a vibrant digital innovation studio. If you’re great with people, love solving problems, and enjoy digging into processes and data, you could be the person we need to help make change happen.
What you’ll be doing
1. Taking a close look at how things work now and helping shape how they should work in the future
2. Working with stakeholders to understand what they need through chats, workshops, and interviews
3. Writing up clear requirements, user stories, and process maps
4. Spotting trends and opportunities in data to make smarter decisions
5. Bringing business and technical teams together so everyone’s on the same page
6. Putting together business cases and options for potential solutions
7. Helping test solutions and supporting teams through changes
8. Keeping track of project progress and sharing updates with stakeholders
9. Maintaining key documents so nothing gets lost along the way
About you
You enjoy getting into the details but can also step back and see the bigger picture. You’re comfortable talking with different kinds of people, and you know how to explain complex things in a way that makes sense. Most importantly, you care about turning vision into real, practical improvements that make a difference.
