A well-regarded law firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters on behalf of claimants.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling their own caseload, including RTA, EL/PL, and clinical negligence claims. You will be responsible for managing files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial and should be confident dealing with complex and high-value claims.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including fast and multi-track files
* Handle RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence claims
* Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties
* Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
* Ensure key deadlines and financial targets are met
