Permanent Supervisor – Part Time
Responsibilities
* Act as a role model of exceptional customer service for store team members.
* Achieve sales targets and maximize store sales.
* Deliver product expertise to customers and enhance their purchase experience.
* Coach new team members, helping them settle in and develop product knowledge and retail skills.
* Support store management in maintaining high service standards and fostering team growth.
Qualifications
* Retail or customer service experience.
* Strong ability to sell and build rapport with customers.
* Excellent communication skills, confidence, and outgoing personality.
* Aspirational attitude, eager to progress into a management role.
