We're working with a high-profile national insurance broker looking to strengthen its corporate team in Leicester. As part of ongoing investment in the region, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Account Executive to take over a significant book of clients, generating around £350,000 in income.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-value, well-managed portfolio from day one - with the support, resources, and brand of one of the most respected names in the industry.
The Role:
* Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, and construction.
* Lead client strategy, renewal planning, and programme design - supported by experienced broking, placement, and claims specialists.
* Develop long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, FDs, and Risk Managers.
* Focus on retention and organic growth, with no pressure for cold new business - though growth is always welcomed via referral and opportunity spotting.
* Operate as a senior presence within the Leicester office, contributing to broader team and client development strategy.
What's on Offer:
* A large, income-rich book of business (c. £350k income) with high client retention and a strong trading history.
* The support of a well-resourced national broker with regional agility and decision-making.
* Hybrid/flexible working with a blend of client-facing time, remote work, and use of the Leicester office.
* Competitive base salary (depending on experience), with generous bonus potential, car allowance, and full benefits package.
* A mature, non-target-driven environment focused on quality relationships, not high-pressure sales.
What They're Looking For:
* A credible and experienced Corporate Account Executive with a strong track record in managing and growing high-value commercial client relationships.
* Deep technical knowledge across complex commercial lines including property, casualty, business interruption, D&O, and more.
* Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior decision-makers.
* Comfortable operating autonomously within a professional, structured environment.
* ACII qualification is preferred but not essential with the right experience.
If you're an Account Executive ready to take on a large, high-quality corporate portfolio and work with one of the UK's leading broking names in a regionally empowered office - this is your opportunity.
