Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and customer service, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This role requires an individual who is organised, has excellent time management abilities, and is comfortable using IT tools to enhance sales processes. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
* Identify potential business opportunities and engage in negotiations to secure sales.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
* Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Demonstrated customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Fantastic time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
