A high-growth, boutique research and technology company is looking for a Research Executive to join their team. Sitting at the intersection of data, tech, and insight, they’re redefining how research is done — combining proprietary tools with top-tier quant expertise to produce faster, more accurate results for political, social, and commercial clients.
This role sits within a team of 15 researchers, working closely with senior colleagues, engineers, and growth teams. Projects span everything from large-scale tracking studies to high-impact ad hoc work, across a mix of sectors. You’ll have real responsibility and client exposure from day one.
What you'll be doing
* End-to-end ownership of quant (and some AI-qual) research projects using a proprietary platform
* Acting as the key contact for self-serve platform clients
* Managing timelines, delivering clean, accurate data
* Spotting issues with survey logic, methodology, or sampling early
* Supporting senior team members across client delivery
What they’re looking for
* 1–2 years' experience in quant research
* Ideally from a smaller, fast-paced agency environment
* A sharp eye for detail and data quality
* Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
* Comfortable managing multiple projects with changing priorities
* Bonus: exposure to DisplayR, or an interest in AI in research
