Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a UK-based project, working in a 6:2 rotation system.
This role offers a unique mix of on-site coordination, project administration, and close cooperation with clients and internal teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* On-site project execution in the UK;
* Coordinating and reporting in the following areas: travel & accommodation, fleet, tools & equipment, manpower, subcontractors;
* Project planning and schedule control;
* Monitoring project progress and reporting deviations;
* Daily representation of FairWind towards clients on-site and building long-term relationships;
* Establishing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets;
* Managing and maintaining project documentation;
* Project cost management with a strong focus on cost efficiency;
* Performing site inspections.
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED
* Readiness to work on-site in the UK in a 6:2 rotation system,
* UK driving licence (mandatory);
* Very good level of English;
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
* Effective negotiation skills;
* Attention to detail and a structured way of working;
* Cost-conscious and efficiency-driven mindset;
* Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions;
* Experience in the wind industry or renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we will also consider candidates without previous wind industry experience;
* Experience in manpower coordination will be an asset.
