Job Description:

You’ll be working with a superb, fast-growing Managed Service Provider supporting their support team as a final point of technical escalation. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity.
* Resolving Incidents: Addressing technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as complete 365 migrations.
* System Maintenance: Performing updates, troubleshooting network issues, and applying patches.
* User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line support team and assisting with complex issues or projects.
* Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
