HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

1. Deliver a seamless and personalised reservations experience, managing all booking enquiries, amendments and cancellations across phone and written channels

2. Intuitively identify each guest’s preferences to secure the most suitable room type and rate, tailored to their stay

3. Accurately verify availability and rates, ensuring every reservation reflects both guest expectations and brand standards.

4. Clearly articulate guarantee requirements, special rates and cancellation terms with confidence and discretion

5. Capture, accommodate and meticulously document special requests to anticipate guest needs ahead of arrival

6. Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for W London, providing refined insight into hotel facilities, services and room offerings

7. Apply refined sales techniques to optimise revenue while enhancing the overall guest experience

8. Maintain precise and timely data entry within the reservations system, ensuring accuracy at every touchpoint

9. Correctly process and code special reservation types, including complimentary stays, employee rates, travel agent inspection bookings and wholesale reservations

10. Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, following escalation procedures to ensure swift and appropriate resolution
