In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Manage inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Assess and prioritise customer needs to ensure effective resolution. Regularly review and respond to customer emails in a timely and accurate manner. Handle customer concerns with empathy, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company protocols. Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company CRM system. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
