We are seeking experienced KYC / AML Data Product Analysts to support key financial crime and transaction monitoring initiatives. This role is centred on delivering data-driven solutions that enhance monitoring capabilities, improve data quality, and support regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in bridging business, compliance, and technology teams, ensuring that KYC and transaction monitoring requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality data products. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate KYC / AML and transaction monitoring requirements into clear technical specifications Design and deliver data solutions aligned to transaction monitoring objectives and enterprise data strategy Define data integration patterns and guidelines across financial crime systems Lead cross-functional working groups across Compliance, Operations, and Technology Produce detailed data models, mappings, and reporting specifications Support engineering and QA teams through design walkthroughs and scenario-based discussions Act as a KYC / financial crime data SME across strategic programmes and governance forums Own the design and lifecycle management of data products and APIs Contribute to the evolution of the KYC and Financial Crime Data Strategy Drive improvements in data quality, lineage, and traceability across transaction monitoring platforms Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst within KYC / AML / Financial Crime Strong understanding of transaction monitoring systems and processes Solid knowledge of AML and KYC regulatory requirements (CDD, EDD, SAR reporting) Experience with data architecture, data modelling, and system integration Ability to translate complex business needs into technical data deliverables Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience working in cross-functional, delivery-focused environments Nice to Have Experience with financial crime data platforms or monitoring tools Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks Exposure to large-scale data transformation or enterprise data programmes Familiarity with APIs and modern data architectures (e.g. cloud, distributed systems) Our People The ideal consultants will share our values and be aligned with our ways of working.
