SEN Teacher - Towcester

This school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment for children with a variety of special educational needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning challenges.
As a key member of the teaching team, you will design and deliver bespoke learning programmes that support pupils both academically and emotionally.
The role includes:
Planning and teaching differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and engagement.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.
Using creative approaches to communication and behaviour support.
Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate pupil records.
Requirements:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN needs.
An empathetic, calm, and proactive teaching style.
Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references.
