Salary: School Leadership Scale L20 L24 (£82,654 - £91,158)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Dependant on notice period
Kingsway Park High School is a vibrant, inclusive and diverse community, proudly serving approximately 1350 students representing 47 nationalities and 25 spoken languages. We are seeking an exceptional senior leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education. This is a pivotal role, central to shaping the strategic direction of curriculum, teaching, learning and professional development across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of our curriculum and teaching approach.
* Ensure all students experience a highquality, ambitious and wellsequenced curriculum.
* Drive excellence in teaching and learning, coaching and professional development.
* Oversee curriculum planning, assessment practices and quality assurance systems.
* Support and challenge senior and middle leaders to deliver consistently strong classroom practice.
* Contribute to wholeschool improvement, operational leadership and the continued development of The Kingsway, our shared culture and approach to learning.
This role requires a leader with vision, integrity and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for every learner, particularly those who are disadvantaged or have additional needs.
