We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s ready to think bigger, move faster, and build smarter. This is a hybrid role—you’ll be based in the Greater London area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
At Solcode Group, we don’t just develop business—we create momentum. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and leading the development and execution of winning sales strategies. If you're a self-starter with sharp instincts, this is your playground.
What You'll Do
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
* Build and manage long-term client relationships that drive recurring value
* Design and implement growth-focused sales strategies
* Pitch ideas, deliver killer presentations, and close deals
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals with execution
* Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in the tech space
What You Bring
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, and negotiation
* A track record in business development and client relationship management
* Confident communication and presentation skills
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
* Comfortable working independently and thriving in a team
* Knowledge of the tech industry is a bonus
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
