What you’ll do
* Deliver high‑quality, safe care that empowers residents.
* Maintain individual care plans to a high standard using IT systems.
* Complete care duties with positivity, initiative, and a proactive approach.
* Work flexibly across unsocial hours and weekends.
What we’re looking for
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential).
* All Wales Induction Framework Principles & Values (Book 1).
* Social Care Wales registration (fees covered).
* Effective communication, IT skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
* Enhanced DBS check (covered).
