We are seeking a passionate Inclusion Lead to champion the progress, achievement, and wellbeing of all vulnerable groups, including pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), those eligible for the Pupil Premium and others facing barriers to learning. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a group of first schools in the Wimborne area to drive high-quality inclusive practice, ensuring that every child can thrive and make strong, sustained progress. This is a newly established role and the successful candidate will be able to design the role to meet the needs of the schools.
