We are looking for Support Workers to join our well-established team in Fort- William- supporting a young woman with a variety of support needs to lead her best life in her own home.
You will support her to live as independently as possible, while promoting her life skills- activities will include support to take care of her home, support with medication and personal care. is a talented young woman who has variety of interests, and we’d especially love to hear from you if you can offer an interest in playing a musical instrument, arts and crafts, baking, gardening, or horse riding. A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with autism is desirable.

At Key we support people living in their own home, in their family home or in their community. We start by seeing the person first. The support we offer can range from just a few hours a week, a few hours a day to 24-hour support, including overnights.

What do we need from you?
No experience necessary! Full training will be provided and support will be given to help you reach your full potential.
Applicants must be able to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people we support. This will include evening, weekend and sleepover work. Waking nights may also be required. There are various hours available up to 35 hours per week.
