Role Description
This is an on-site Carer (Driving Essential) role, based in Southend‑On‑Sea. The carer will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well‑being. Day‑to‑day tasks include assisting with daily living activities, offering mobility assistance, providing transportation for appointments or errands, and ensuring excellent communication with clients to meet their personal care needs. Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and high‑quality standard of care is essential for this role.
Qualifications
* Possess a valid driving licence (UK only) as transportation is a key requirement for the role.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work long hours on‑site if needed to meet client needs.
* Experience with caregiving and knowledge of patient mobility, safety protocols, and personalized care services is advantageous.
* Relevant certifications or professional training in caregiving or health and social care are a plus!
