We would love to welcome a Senior Social Care Worker to join our team in Tigh a Rudha.
You will work as part of the management team within our service and contribute to the improvement and development of service always ensuring high standards of care are delivered in line with the Health and Social Care Standards.
You will work a 12 hour shift pattern as set by the Unit Manager covering both day and nights dependent on the service requirements.

You will promote a caring and stimulating environment within Tigh A Rudha and be responsible for the day to day running of the service in the absence of the Unit Manager.
You will work as part of the team to enable our residents to maintain and develop their individual lifestyles and always treat them with dignity and respect.
You will be responsible for monitoring the work of staff and assist in the development of induction and training for staff. You will then be responsible for the supervision of staff.
You will promote meaningful activities and ensure our resident’s remain integrated with their family and our local community.
You require to be kind, compassionate and understanding of others with an ability to convey empathy.
You must have good communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
