Were recruiting for an experienced 3PL Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation in Dagenham on a 12-month maternity cover.
The Role as Operations Manager:
* Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
* Manage and develop operational and admin teams
* Drive performance against service, cost, and productivity targets
* Take ownership of a reworks function delivering £10k+ monthly revenue
* Act as escalation point for operational and customer issues
* Ensure strong H&S compliance and operational standards
* Partner with commercial teams to support growth
About You
* Proven experience in 3PL or warehouse management as Operations Manager or similar
* Strong leadership and performance management skills
* Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and results
* Able to manage fast-paced, high-volume operations
