Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Hoddesdon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and excellence in the bathroom industry.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Utilise Kerridge System to manage customer interactions and track orders.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Assist in processing orders and managing product information.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
* Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
* Familiarity with Kerridge or similar CRM systems is a plus.
