Rayden Solicitors is looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic projects to support with expansion of the organisation, organic growth and integration activities.
In this key role, you'll lead projects end to end working with key stakeholders to deliver transformational change. The Project Manager will be involved in a variety of different business areas ensuring key focus on stakeholder management, strong communication and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transformation projects with robust planning, documentation, and governance.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and outcomes.
Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to drive successful outcomes.
Manage timelines, milestones, resources, budgets (capex/opex), risks, and dependencies.
Chair Steering Committees and produce reporting aligned to PMO standards.
Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management activities.
Skills & Experience
4+ years' experience in project/delivery management.
Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP) or working towards one.
Experience delivering complex operational projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methods.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven change management capability and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Location- This position will be based in St Albans and is a Hybrid role. You will travel to other Raydens offices and other locations as required We are predominantly based in the South of England, with offices across London and the Home Counties, as well as Birmingham.
