Job Description
Job title: We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Surgery Installed Product and Service Specialist.
This role offers the chance to learn how the Health System Commercial and Customer Services Teams operate at Philips, a company committed to making a difference in people's lives. The position requires spending at least 3 days in the office, with at least 1 day in the Amsterdam office. The remaining 2 days can be worked from Eindhoven or Best. This is a European-focused role, and international relocation is not available.
The IGTS-MoS Install Base and Service Business Officer will report to the European MoS Business team. The responsibilities include driving the Mobile Surgery Customer Service business across Europe, collaborating with service, equipment sales, modality, and business teams to develop winning service strategies, introducing new service portfolio offerings considering market variations, and enabling sales teams to confidently communicate our customer service capabilities. Additionally, the role involves managing the commercial opportunities within the MoS Install Base, aligning opportunities with the install base, maintaining visibility on install base replacements, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote sales.
Your role includes:
* Supporting the IGT Service Business Lead in developing strategies for the Mobile Surgery Business Category in Europe.
* Creating and implementing tactical value propositions across Europe for Win-back, Point of Sales, and Extended Warranty in new markets.
* Supporting Customer Services portfolio initiatives to maximize order intake, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction.
* Acting as the Mobile Surgery Technology Maximizer champion for Europe.
* Driving install base replacement visibility through best practices in SFDC.
* Managing segmentation for install base replacements by combining them with promotional offers.
* Managing the sales funnel and supporting sales teams with performance management.
Ideal candidate profile:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* 3-5 years of experience in customer service sales, marketing, or customer success management; experience in the Medical Device industry preferred.
* Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Structured, conceptual thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* International experience in a matrix environment.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and Excel skills.
* Experience working cross-functionally and stakeholder management skills.
