This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new team. You will play a key role in the early stages of this highly anticipated development.

30 houses
400 apartments (1 and 2 beds)
Excellent transport links - just 5 minutes from Hertford East station
On-site parking available
Key Responsibilities
Selling new build homes to prospective buyers
Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to exchange and completion
Delivering exceptional customer service
Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve sales targets
Maintaining strong knowledge of the development and local area
What We're Looking For
Previous New Homes Sales experience is ideal, though Estate Agency experience will also be considered
A motivated, money-driven and ambitious individual
A proactive go-getter who enjoys working towards targets
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Overseas buyers would be a bonus but is not essential
