About the Role:

We're currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Operatives (Completion) to join our friendly and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble floral bouquets and plant arrangements to customer specifications
* Add flowers, greenery, and decorative items at pace and with precision
* Prepare glassware and pots for production
* Wrap, sleeve, box, and strap bouquets
* Pack finished bouquets into buckets and/or boxes in line with order requirements
* Accurately label packaging and products according to customer specs
* Identify and report quality issues promptly
* Handle products with care to avoid damage
* Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times
* Add promotional items to packaging where required
Skills & Experience:
* A keen eye for detail and quality
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment
* Basic to intermediate English skills
* Knowledge of floral varieties (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
* Ability to follow work instructions and customer specifications precisely
* A reliable team player who takes pride in their work
