We are looking for an enthusiastic Governance Officer to join our Legal and Governance Service.
The Governance Officer role sits within the Governance team and provides vital support to RBH’s governing bodies (including Board, The Representative Body and Committees) coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking accurate minutes, and maintaining statutory registers. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitates effective decision-making, and acts as a key point of contact for governance queries.

* Has excellent organisational skills with the ability to forward plan, balance priorities and co-ordinate events.

* Is able to understand discussions in a debating forum, providing accurate summaries and record keeping of decisions.
* Is a competent user of IT including working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Office 365
