What You’ll Do
* Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, audits, compliance, and banking
* Team Leadership: Support and inspire a team of outdoor enthusiasts alongside the Store Manager
* Customer Experience: Deliver and role-model outstanding service, advice, and product knowledge
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards across product presentation and seasonal campaigns
* Acting Manager: Confidently lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in retail management, ideally from outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors
* A love for the outdoors and a passion for helping customers find the right gear
* Leadership skills to coach, inspire, and drive performance
* Operational knowledge, including stock handling and visual merchandising
