You will work across a broad range of development types, gaining exposure to both private and public sector work while developing your technical and client facing skills. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals Drafting planning statements, appraisals, and supporting documents Undertaking site visits, feasibility reviews, and policy research Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants Supporting senior planners on complex and high value projects Contributing to design, strategy, and project coordination Assisting with consultation activities and stakeholder engagement About You The ideal Town Planner will be proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a fast paced consultancy environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset are essential.
