HRIS Project Co-ordinator
Fixed 18month Contract
Full Time- 35hours per week
We are looking for
someone to provide essential support throughout the exciting project of
implementing our new HRIS system.
In this role, you’ll
work closely with our Pay & Benefits Manager and external implementation
partner to ensure our new HR system is built to fully align with our HR
processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
You’ll play a key
role in process mapping, validating system design, and collating data, as well
as completing workbooks and maintaining clear, accurate project documentation.
You’ll also take ownership of project trackers, provide hands on testing support,
and act as a vital link between internal stakeholders and our external
provider.
This is a fantastic

About you:
* Experience in a project
support and implementation, HR operations, systems co-ordination, or
other relevant role
* Excellent organisational
skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
and accuracy when handling data and documentation
* Comfortable working with
confidential information and maintaining discretion
* Able to work collaboratively
with cross functional stakeholders
* Self-motivated and able to
take ownership of assigned responsibilities
