£45,000 - £55,000 + Van + Bonus + Call Out + Overtime

Our client is a well established heating and mechanical company with a strong reputation across Kent and London, working on commercial sites including schools, public buildings, plant rooms and care facilities. They have a close knit team, low staff turnover, and pride themselves on delivering quality work with a focus on first-time fix.
This role will see you servicing, maintaining, and fault finding on commercial boilers and heating systems across Kent and London (roughly 30% London 70% Kent). You'll work a 40-hour week, with flexible call out rota, generous standby and overtime payments, and the chance to take on extra hours to maximise earnings.

Key Requirements
* Commercial Gas qualifications
* Around 5 years commercial experience
* Experience with commercial boilers and plant rooms
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Able to pass Enhanced DBS and background checks
* Strong problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
The Role
* Service, maintenance, repair and occasional installation of commercial boilers and heating systems
* Work across Kent and London sites
* Call out rota 1 week in 4 with standby and enhanced overtime rates
* Training available including oil / OFTEC and air source systems
* Work in a supportive, close knit team environment
