Llumor is a B2B revenue growth partner we build and run outbound sales systems for service businesses turning over £500k and above. Our clients rely on us to generate qualified pipeline through a combination of cold email, LinkedIn outreach, telesales and CRM automation.

The Role
This is Llumor's first SDR hire, a role that sits at the heart of our outbound operation. You will run live outbound campaigns on behalf of our clients, reaching B2B decision makers through email, LinkedIn and the phone.
This is not a role for someone who wants to shadow senior colleagues for six months. From your first week, you will be working on real campaigns for real clients with real targets. You will be trained, supported and developed, but you will also be expected to perform.
The person who excels in this role and demonstrates commercial instinct, resilience and a desire to improve will have genuine progression opportunities as Llumor scales. We promote from within and we move quickly.
What You Will Do
Outbound campaign execution
* Make warm and cold calls to prospect lists; qualifying prospects and booking discovery meetings on behalf of clients
* Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns; sending connection requests, follow-up messages and handling responses using our outreach platform
* Respond to inbound replies and enquiries generated by campaigns; qualifying and progressing conversations appropriately
Pipeline and CRM management
* Update and maintain client pipelines in our CRM; logging all activity, outcomes and next steps
* Ensure every prospect is correctly tracked, followed up and nurtured; nothing falls through the cracks
* Flag pipeline issues, stalled conversations and low-quality data to the account manager
Reporting and improvement
* Report weekly on activity and results; calls made, emails sent, replies received, meetings booked
* Identify what is and isn't working in campaigns and contribute ideas for improving performance
* Participate in regular campaign review sessions with the wider team
What We Are Looking For
* Confident, clear and professional communicator; both written and verbal
* Comfortable on the phone; you don't freeze or give up when a call is difficult
* Organised and self-directed; you manage your own activity without needing to be chased
* Resilient; outbound sales involves rejection and you take it professionally without it affecting your performance
* Curious; you want to understand why a campaign works or fails, not just execute the tasks
* Ambitious; you want to progress and you're willing to do the work required to get there
* Previous experience in a B2B sales, SDR or business development role
* Familiarity with outbound tools; email sequencing platforms, LinkedIn and CRM systems
* Understanding of B2B sales cycles and how service businesses buy
Experience is helpful but not a deciding factor. We care more about attitude, commercial instinct and work ethic. If you are hungry, organised and want to build a serious career in sales; we will teach you everything else.
