The Roles - CX Manager & CRM Manager:
The CX Manager will be responsible for mapping and improving the customer journey across all channels, leading initiatives that enhance satisfaction, loyalty and seamless brand interactions. Meanwhile, the CRM Manager will focus on lifecycle marketing, owning the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that deepen engagement and drive retention through segmentation, personalisation and performance insight.
