Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently handle waste materials, including sorting, segregating, and disposing of them in designated areas.
* Operate various equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and compactors, to handle and transport waste.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Maintain accurate records of waste quantities, types, and disposal methods.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in waste management or a similar field is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
* Physically fit and able to handle heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and segregate different types of waste.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
