The Role
This is a broad and varied FP&A Analyst role offering exposure across the business:
* Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
* Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
* Producing KPI reports and monthly performance decks
* Building analytical tools to support decision-making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Main Duties
You’ll be a key part of the Commercial Finance team, helping to shape financial strategy:
* Analyse trading performance and identify trends
* Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and board packs
* Support the FP&A Manager with forecasts and budgets
* Deliver ad hoc analysis and project support
* Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure smooth month-end processes
The Successful Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and a great communicator:
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
* Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
