Senior Account Manager - BMW Group (Rolls-Royce Motor Cars)
Cognizant Moment: Cognizant Moment is the Retailer Marketing Agency for BMW Group. We work with the BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and BMW Motorrad brands to deliver marketing campaigns, guidance, and tools to their network of Retailers/dealers. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars account, responsible for global dealer marketing across five regions: North America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, APAC, and China.
Role Purpose: This hybrid account and project management role involves end-to-end delivery of multiple creative and strategic content-based projects while maintaining excellent client service. You should possess strong client management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Client Management
* Manage daily client relationships, building trust and demonstrating value.
* Liaise regularly with clients through briefs, meetings, status reports, and approvals.
* Identify and resolve issues proactively.
* Provide strategic advice based on experience.
* Ensure agency output aligns with brand standards and compliance.
* Collaborate with strategy, creative, and technology teams for optimal results.
* Manage creative assets on the Retailer Marketing Services platform (ENGINE), including keyword tagging.
* Report on dealer engagement and suggest improvements.
* While not currently managing staff directly, prepare for future responsibilities with appraisals, objectives, and career planning.
Project Management
* Work with stakeholders to understand and define project scope and requirements.
* Manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets.
* Forecast resource needs.
* Write clear and detailed creative briefs.
* Motivate and guide internal teams to deliver high-quality work.
* Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues.
* Coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally for smooth delivery.
* Adapt quickly to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Monitor project performance and report on KPIs.
* Manage scope changes to prevent scope creep.
