Commission is high and success is celebrated. There is straight forward 25% commission for contractor placements and 20% for permanent hires.
Worried it takes several months to get going and grown your market area? No problem, there will be no threshold or financial targets for your first 6 months.
You will be a Recruitment Consultant focusing on business development. Previous proven experience within professional services recruitment with a successful track record would be great however if you have a sales related background that utilises; self-management, great interpersonal skills, drive and curiosity, then we can show you the rest.
