Regional Sales Engineer : HVAC / Ventilation East Midlands and East Anglia GBP 45,000: GBP 60,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE: GBP 100,000+ Home Based 3:4 Days on the Road Company Car or Allowance About the Company Our client is a family:run British manufacturer within the ventilation industry, supplying and upgrading air handling, heat recovery, supply and extract systems. With strong national coverage and continued growth, they are expanding their regional sales team. The Role Home:based role covering East Midlands and East Anglia. Youll spend 3:4 days per week on the road, managing and developing existing accounts while driving new business across your patch (50/50 split). Working closely with mechanical consultants and M and E contractors, youll promote bespoke ventilation solutions, build a strong project pipeline, and collaborate with internal technical teams to secure orders. What Were Looking For Proven sales experience Background in HVAC / mechanical ventilation / fan sales (essential) Experience working with consultants and/or M and E contractors Target:driven, commercially focused and self:motivated Package Up to GBP 60,000 basic (depending on experience) Uncapped commission : OTE GBP 100k+ Commission structure: 1 on revenue under GBP 100k 1.5 on revenue over GBP 100k 0.5 on cross:region projects introduced Company car or car allowanceFuel cardPensionHoliday
