Senior Account Executive - Marketing Agency - Hertfordshire (3 days in the office)
Do you have experience of working in the client services team of a marketing agency? Looking to start work immediately?
We are recruiting for a creative marketing agency based in Hertfordshire (most employees work from home 3 days per week). They have been running for over 20 years and specialise in producing integrated (on and offline) campaigns for a range of clients in Leisure, Healthcare, Travel, and Entertainment. The team is made up of 40 talented, outgoing people many of whom have been with the business for over 5 years due to the positive working environment and career progression on offer.
The Opportunity:
This role will support the Account Director on two of the agency’s largest accounts. It will be a diverse, challenging role involving most areas of the on and offline marketing mix including, creative, social media, content & print. It's a fast paced, exciting and perfect for an ambitious AE...
The main responsibilities will be:
* Liaising with the client to interrogate the brief and relay to the studio
* Project management
* Excellent financial administration - quotes, invoicing, forecasts, reports, purchase orders etc
* Managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
* Excellent client communications
* Ability to review design and artwork against client brief
* Knowledge of client brand and corporate identity
* Clear, concise, inspiring, thorough, relevant briefs - creative/media/integrated planning brief
* Understanding of the b2b marketing mix - print, digital, outdoor, DM,
* Leading client meetings
* Networking at manager level
* Analysing the data from key reports to make recommendations
* Ability to present media/creative to clients in absence of Creative or Media Director
