Protocol Education is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision in Southend.
The pupils you’ll support may have a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, complex learning difficulties, or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). While previous experience isn’t required, a genuine interest in this area is essential.
The school is committed to motivating, challenging, and supporting every pupil, no matter their individual needs. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a warm, positive attitude and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students.
This is a long-term, full-time role, and we’re looking for candidates who are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
