Graphic Designer Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Graphic Designer on behalf of a market leader in their industry. The Graphic Designer will partner closely with the Content Creation Specialist, collaborate with the design and strategy teams to produce high-impact paid social content. You'll also contribute to broader brand and marketing efforts, ensuring each asset is not only visually compelling but also delivers strong commercial performance. This role will also include Videography as well as Design. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Content Creation Specialist on creative concepts and campaigns to design high-performing ad creatives on D2C eCommerce brand. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. Produce social media content (short-form videos, reels, animations) to enhance online presence and engagement. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and content strategies. Stay up to date with current design trends, automation tools, and technology to continuously improve and evolve multimedia offerings. You will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print designs, including brochures, catalogues, packaging, banners, social media graphics, and website assets. Plan, shoot, and edit support videos showcasing our products, installation processes, and product features. Capture high-resolution product photography for use in design assets online and at times print. Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Support trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities with creative visuals and videos for our other group brands when required. Support a consistent rhythm of high-output creative, where creative briefs are quickly brought to life, tested, and optimised. Build a creative testing engine, ensuring learnings continuously feed into the next batch of concepts. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Third level qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field. 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Videographer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Cap Cut and/or Figma/Canva. Strong skills in photography, video production, and editing with experience in Adobe after Effects and video editing software. Experience of excelling at creating performance-focused ad creatives, particularly for Meta Ads. Experience in Produce social media content to enhance online presence and engagement. (short-form videos, reels, animations) Knowledge of motion graphics and basic 3D design. Experience of using AI Creative Tools while also keeping a strong human-led creative vision. Creativity with strong attention to detail and ability to bring concepts to life. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and be a proactive team member. Desirable Criteria: Experience working in creative strategy or performance creative role for an eCommerce or DTC brand.
