* Basic salary £26,500, negotiable higher for experienced candidates
* First-year OTE £40,000–£55,000 (uncapped, with proven examples)

Hawk Hiring is a specialist recruitment business working exclusively within the automotive sector, from large dealer groups to independent garages. We pride ourselves on providing an honest, straightforward service and are growing quickly.
You'll be trained directly by the company directors, who have a proven track record and partnerships with 300+ automotive businesses. Our modern, centrally located Tonbridge office offers free parking and excellent access for commuting and lunch breaks.
What You'll Be Doing
* Sourcing and speaking with candidates daily, building strong relationships over the phone and online
* Meeting with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising jobs, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and managing offers through to placement
* Working towards clear sales and performance targets with unlimited earning potential
* Learning directly from experienced recruiters with hands-on training to become an industry expert
* Experiencing variety every day – no two days are the same in this fast-paced role
