 
        
        Team Secretary - Admin Support at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust
Band 3, 15 hrs/week, Working Pattern – 9am to 5pm, Wednesdays & Fridays
Location: Stratford Health Centre – supporting Adult Mental Health and Older Adult & Dementia Services providing clinical out‑patient and home treatment care to local Warwickshire communities.
Who we’re Seeking
Applicants with prior administration experience to provide secretarial support to clinical teams, supporting the growing demand for care within adult mental health services. Friendly, approachable, strong communication skills; team player; demonstrates sensitivity and confidentiality; works autonomously; promotes flexibility and strong work ethic; prioritises, multi‑tasks, and delegates.
The Job Role
You will offer comprehensive and accurate administrative and secretarial service: letter generation using digital dictation (Bighand), e‑mail communications, booking/rescheduling patient appointments, accurate data input onto electronic patient records (CareNotes/SystmOne), scanning, printing, uploading, answering complex telephone queries and exercising judgement to work unsupervised to meet deadlines. You will support Medical Secretaries and cover in their absence, and assist other admin colleagues and outpatient reception team as needed.
